Pros
It's a best environment to work with, especially for female resources. Work pattern is also Good, not so challenging. However the pay is really less compared to other firms. People stick mainly because of the work pattern. You feel comfortable.
Cons
Survival of the fittest! Low salary. If you are able to go with the flow, well and good. The moment you have any argument or conflict of interest, which you express, gone is your future!. There is no 360degree feedback survey as such. Hence it becomes difficult to communicate openly about your concerns. HR team is just for name sake.
