Pros
The people are absolutely fantastic. Fragomen does a great job of recruiting smart, easy-going (but hard-working) people and it makes for a very positive work dynamic. Work-life balance is manageable, and the benefits package is excellent.
Cons
I wish they would train their assistant paralegals more comprehensively. You learn to do one thing and you do it over and over again until you've mastered it, but they could do a better job of helping the AP's with opportunities for more dynamic growth.
