Heavy case load - barely realistic. (Look up the Fragomen attorney who inherited 30 cases and became overwhelmed and got suspended from the bar!) Pay is low and insulting for the workload Micromanaging bosses who constantly change how things are done and make your work more complicated than it needs to be Expect you to meet crazy deadlines but are very stingy with over time Too many cons to list. Only work here if you can get them to agree to a salary way above your expectations(they won’t) or you have some sort of debilitating health issue that requires very good insurance.
