Most of the time it's just ... okay. The general caseworkers are all great people.
Cons
HR and upper management seem to be severely lacking in professionalism and good management practices. Office-wide update meetings ("town halls") are usually tone-deaf, and pass blame and responsibility onto lower-level employees when they should be kept within higher management.
