      - great for gaining experience - supportive team works - great for learning

      Cons

      - Older employees commonly are paid much less than new employees with less experience - Inflexible day off policies - Inflexible online working policies - Sickening, unsustainable work life balance - Cheap on staff so all of them are overloaded (more common than not working until 2-3 in the morning).

      Lots of opportunities to learn about the intricacies of various immigration legal matters

      Cons

      Poor management (remote managers, little communication or feedback until things go wrong, little to no positive reinforcement), inefficient workflow (lots of redundant excel spreadsheets, manual data management that most definitely can be done using AI)
