Pros
It really depends on what team you are placed on, but if it is a good one, you will look forward to going to work most days. Great sense of camaraderie, welcoming environment, seamless training program. OT whenever you want to come in.
Cons
I can not think of a con to working here. I have worked here 6 months now and they have been supportive and understanding even during the stresses of cap season. There is a high volume of work, so you should be able to work well under pressure.
