Pros
One thing I really appreciate in my company is the strong team spirit and how collaborative the work environment is. Even under pressure, colleagues are supportive and willing to share knowledge.
Cons
One area where there could be improvement is flexibility regarding remote work from abroad. Currently, working from outside the country is not permitted, even for short periods, which can be limiting in some personal situations.
