Pros

The benefits, 401k (Company gave 25% more at the end of the year), yearly bonuses (although this year was bittersweet) something is always better than nothing. Health Insurance, Dental, Vision & Vacation. Cross training across the shop floor, room for growth.

Cons

Company is going through changes. One being getting everyone involved with other departments but unfortunately it saddens me that they don't compensate the employee fairly for the hard work they put in. There are many employees with a high skill set yet have the title of a beginner.

The company underpays employees False promises and lack of advancement. Certain groups, consisting of individuals in power, are trying to conspire against other employees. Favoritism runs rampant in the company Non-direct Retaliation
