We have a number of ongoing initiatives in place to support wellbeing, including; access to the Employee Assistance Scheme; a programme of activities for Mental Health Awareness Week; quarterly Above and Beyond Awards to recognise employees who have gone the extra mile; regular social events, a quiet reflection room (in our Milton Keynes office) and various ad-hoc appreciation initiatives throughout the year.
