We strive to ensure that all employees receive the support they need to grow and succeed and there is core training in place for all employees. As an employer, we deeply value our employees and care about their wellbeing. We recognise the importance of work-life balance and would always encourage employees to make their manager aware if they were feeling overwhelmed. We have a number of ongoing initiatives in place to support wellbeing, including; access to the Employee Assistance Scheme; a programme of activities for Mental Health Awareness Week; quarterly Above and Beyond Awards to recognise employees who have gone the extra mile; regular social events, a quiet reflection room (in our Milton Keynes office) and various ad-hoc appreciation initiatives throughout the year.
