Front Row is super-committed to their mission of helping all students learn. The company is very in touch with teachers, and truly cares about helping teachers create the best outcomes for their students. Awesome culture of hard-working people who really care about the mission and like to have fun both at and outside of work. The product is great. As a former teacher, I can truly say that this tool makes a huge positive difference for both teachers and students. Management really cares about your professional development and give you opportunities to advocate for what you want to work on. Management is also very transparent, accessible, and open to feedback. They really care about what all employees think, and consistently solicit and respond to feedback.

There are really no cons that I can think of. It's not a clock-in-at-9-clock-out-at-5 company, so that might be a downside if work-life-balance is your #1 priority. But for people who care about making an impact in Education and want to work at a growing startup that's making a big impact in the space, that is probably not your top concern.
