Not a nice place. - Production Assembler Freedman Seating Co. Employee Review

The place is very dirty. It be hot during the summer and cold in the winter. I worked second shift and some of the supervisors do not know the job. The ones that do know the job get worked until they are sick or they get wrote up for frivolous infractions, get fired, and/or are not paid according to their training and expertise. And upper management knows and do not care so long as those chairs are getting pushed out. And yes there is racism. At least it's prevalent on second shift. Some of those older hispanics are set in there ways and it shows because they don't like working with women and black men.
