      Pros

      The best reason to work for Freedman Seating Co. is that they are very good with work/life balance and that they are very accomodating in regards to personal issues. They have been known to let their workers have prolonged amounts of flex time to attend to any personal issues that they may have. Also, this is one of those companies pending on your position where you can leave work issues as soon as you walk out of the door.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides of working at Freedman Seating Co. is that it is rampant with family patronage, leadership inefficiency, lack of vision, poor execution, and the celebration of mediocrity.

      You will get paid every two weeks.

      Cons

      The place is very dirty. It be hot during the summer and cold in the winter. I worked second shift and some of the supervisors do not know the job. The ones that do know the job get worked until they are sick or they get wrote up for frivolous infractions, get fired, and/or are not paid according to their training and expertise. And upper management knows and do not care so long as those chairs are getting pushed out. And yes there is racism. At least it's prevalent on second shift. Some of those older hispanics are set in there ways and it shows because they don't like working with women and black men.
