Terrible Corporate Policies, Management is a Disaster - Dock Master Freedom Boat Club Employee Review

Dock Masters make $10 an hour and are limited by corporate policy to 2-3 shifts a week while doing physical work in the heat and humidity. This job doesn't pay a living wage and the company doesn't take care of the employees that are willing to stay under those working conditions by giving them a reasonable number of shifts. The management of AMI is a disaster, is blatantly disrespectful of hardworking staff and is lazy. Clearly out of their element. I lasted only a couple of weeks under these circumstances that are created at the top and trickle down to the day-to-day managers that are under equipped to manage.
