The new management is very green. Literally zero dock experience and they are basing their changes what they read in a book. They just limited the hours to 9hrs/day (They expect one person to bring in all the boats as the power hour is typically later in the day. Safety is not the first thought with these guys. No Risk Management. When Florida moved to bumping minimum wage up to $15/hr; Freedom sent out message they were going to match. They did the first year and forgot the rest. We are not just under $2 from minimum wage. ($13/hr vs $15/hr wage at Freedom)
