Pros
If you're not comfortable in large settings, and have only worked for unprofessional companies, this small call center company will work for you. You have your own personal high desk cubicle and there's is a high level on maturity amongst your colleagues.
Cons
You have trainings every week and a test every Friday. If you do not do well (90% average) on the test you're reprimanded by retaking the test, being written up and eventuallybeing terminated. They have a no cell policy on the floor, but management is always on their phone. Due to the size of the call center there is no room for professional growth. The pay rate is horrible even if you have a B.S. or Masters degree. Upper Management promise you cash incentives that you never recieve.
