Pros

Flexible Schedule Laid back coworkers Some Holidays off

Cons

Unless you want to suck up do not apply to this department.Look into other departments within the company where you will be treated with respect and spoken to as an adult in American English. If you like to be belittled, this is for you. If you like to be part of a click, this is for you.If you have Configurations experience, go to Wellcare, trust me it is better and will pay you well and is organized. And if this is the only job that will hire you, look into the military.

Pros

The IKA claims program is user friendly and very well written. The location of the Mariner street office has a nice smoking area and a beautiful view of the gulf. Plenty of parking. Vending machines.

Cons

Zero tolerance "AT WILL" employment, false promises made about promotions, salary, etc... Management is unwilling to listen. Employees are treated as much lower class citizens and fired unjustly. Offer letter states they can terminate you at anytime before or after the probationary 90 days and they do NOT hesitate or think twice about it. No benefits for 90 days and when effective they are very expensive.

Pros

If you're not comfortable in large settings, and have only worked for unprofessional companies, this small call center company will work for you. You have your own personal high desk cubicle and there's is a high level on maturity amongst your colleagues.

Cons

You have trainings every week and a test every Friday. If you do not do well (90% average) on the test you're reprimanded by retaking the test, being written up and eventuallybeing terminated. They have a no cell policy on the floor, but management is always on their phone. Due to the size of the call center there is no room for professional growth. The pay rate is horrible even if you have a B.S. or Masters degree. Upper Management promise you cash incentives that you never recieve.
