Need more space with all the new people hired Lost some efficiency and became more structured and bureaucratic after the merger which can make it more difficult to accomplish some of the assigned duties

Very open, honest, and friendly culture. Has roots as a very small business that still show - in a good way. Management is very accessible and welcomes new ideas, feedback, and constructive criticism. Focus is on doing right by our customers, which makes it easy to take pride in our work. Company has a long track record of celebrating our successes together. Promotion from within is common, helping employees move up and learn new skills.

The current office layout is somewhat limiting to collaboration across departments. That should get fixed with a proposed office move.
