Micromanagement from the top down!

Pros

Decently stocked break room that's about it that and the day that I quit.

Cons

CEO is VERY high maintenance. Micromanagement starts at the top and the style continues to middle management. Do not work here unless you like someone constantly standing over your shoulder questioning your every move.

Great team and fun group of people to work with Great Office Location (about to get even better!) Opportunity to grow your career, expand your role, make more money Management is willing to listen and improve in areas of need Great Perks: Snacks, Free Lunches, Company Events Great Benefits: Health Care, 401k, Bonuses, etc. Wonderful work life balance

Cons

Need more space with all the new people hired Lost some efficiency and became more structured and bureaucratic after the merger which can make it more difficult to accomplish some of the assigned duties
