      Great colleagues and engaging projects.

      Cons

      The mismanagement at this company was insane, with decisions often appearing completely inappropriate. My team lead's erratic behavior and lack of organization made daily tasks frustrating and stressful. Communication was poor, and the overall lack of coherent strategy was a recipe for disaster. It felt like an uphill battle to get any support or clear direction, leaving everyone on edge.

      You learn how the industry works, the ins and outs, and how mean people could be!

      Cons

      Due to the high standards and expectations, most are arrogant with terrible attitudes! If you don't fit into management's standards, you'll be discriminated and disrespected, and even your colleagues will make your life hell!
