Sorry your experience with us was so unpleasant. Your concerns were noted when you contacted me and we did investigate. Perhaps I was snowed, but I hope not for the sake of other employees and the owners.
As a result of your situation and others we have revised our policy to require that a hard copy of the employee manual be given to all new hires. We got a little too "tech savvy" and assumed everyone would go to the employee portal and read the handbook. That proved not to be the case.
