Property Manager A Three Ringed Circus !! Scattered, disorganized. highly unprofessional. Absolute hot mess who pins her shortcomings onto anybody in order to maintain a facade. From day one of employee training did not follow Freeman Webb protocol or company standards. An embarrassment to FW and Kirby Davis has been completely "snowed." A series of rediculous, immature, drama-filled office staff who need serious mental/emotional and drug evaluation! On a side note, the corporate office were made clueless.. the Nashville supervisor just went along with the bs. I was proud to be employed by FW. Unfortunately, the Madison office did their 'own thing.' Kirby Davis is first class anyone would be lucky to have worked for him! I am certain he had no idea. Very sad indeed to have been fired on a sick day! SMH

Dear Former Employee, Sorry your experience with us was so unpleasant. Your concerns were noted when you contacted me and we did investigate. Perhaps I was snowed, but I hope not for the sake of other employees and the owners. As a result of your situation and others we have revised our policy to require that a hard copy of the employee manual be given to all new hires. We got a little too "tech savvy" and assumed everyone would go to the employee portal and read the handbook. That proved not to be the case. Respectfully, Kirby Davis COO
