Pros

Intentions are all good, just lacking experienced leadership. Good people! Good technology and great future if senior management harness the in-house capabilities.

Cons

Crazy place to work. Poor people management. Too many novices and inexperience when it comes to management. Upper management out of touch with the people producing the goods!

Thank you for sharing your view. Feedback is really important to me and I’m sorry to hear your experience at Drayson Technologies could have been better. Having worked at Drayson Technologies for more than a year, I would’ve hoped you felt you were able to share your concerns with me during that time as my door (if I had one) is always open. We are an ambitious and innovative company and we are always looking for ways to improve all aspects of the business. We are a rapidly growing business and I appreciate that it has been quite a challenging time with a lot of change but we have now built a great foundation to scale the business. Internal communication could be better, especially at the pace we are growing, and this is something we’re all working hard to improve. We’ve made a number of key senior hires in London over the past year and focused on promoting internal talent, to reward the loyalty and hard work of our employees. Once again, thank you for taking the time to write your review. I wish you all the best for your future career. Paul Drayson, CEO.
