Having been here for over 3 years, you’ll know there has been a lot of change as we have grown rapidly. This is especially true for the last 12 months as we have transitioned into becoming a leading digital healthcare company, and I appreciate this has been a challenging time. However, I firmly believe we have a clear vision and we have hired over 20 people in the last 5 months alone to help make this vision a reality.
As for our company package and benefits, we will have to agree to disagree. I am committed to attracting the best talent possible to ensure Drayson Technologies continues to grow and we always strive to offer competitive packages and employee benefits, which include a 5% matched pension plan, share options, a ride to work scheme, BUPA healthcare and free gym access.

Intentions are all good, just lacking experienced leadership. Good people! Good technology and great future if senior management harness the in-house capabilities.

Crazy place to work. Poor people management. Too many novices and inexperience when it comes to management. Upper management out of touch with the people producing the goods!

Having worked at Drayson Technologies for more than a year, I would’ve hoped you felt you were able to share your concerns with me during that time as my door (if I had one) is always open. We are an ambitious and innovative company and we are always looking for ways to improve all aspects of the business.
We are a rapidly growing business and I appreciate that it has been quite a challenging time with a lot of change but we have now built a great foundation to scale the business. Internal communication could be better, especially at the pace we are growing, and this is something we’re all working hard to improve.
