Overextended, unrealistic, poor internal communications

Working hours were tolerable, comparing to others I've worked for. Some people were great but by now probably they have all left DT. Such a shame. Company had a great vision but didn't know how to make it profitable or how to really motivate us and keep it all together.

I think I can fairly say a dream has been destroyed for many of us who were forced into a situation where we had to leave the company late 2017 vs those who stayed to face complete uncertainty, stress and pressure due to a decision of trying to sell - or I could say get rid of - half of the company. Some people who have been in the company since it started just seem to think they know it all better and made sure they got annoyed on a daily basis and put on an attitude and even if I don't bring up a name everyone will know who I am referring to.
