I can't really think of any. The previous review describing racial discrimination is completely untrue. There may be no blacks, or perhaps 1 or 2 because this is basically a fairly non-black area. As far as Latinos, the VP of HR is Latina, yes a woman. There are other latinos in the organization as well. The comment about the field workers is true, but I guarantee you they make more than the white folks working in the Tasting Room. As far a bonuses, they are a bit sketchy, with managers earning fat checks from the work of subordinants, like every company.
