good fringe benefits and PTO policy (a policy they called block leave, where you can take "mandatory" 10 days time-off consecutively per year)
Cons
Fremont Group is the type of place to care more about a toxic family culture than about workers that get the job done. Turnover just been crazy since former CEO left/resigned since Jul 2024 (Yes, data was outdated, Mr. Covin was longer the CEO) One Partner from investment team also resigned April 2025, and there had been at one least person departed from the company every week.
