Pros
Sadly, there aren't many things good about this place. As with most places, there were a few good people but they wise up and leave as soon as they can.
Cons
If you are a job seeker, I strongly urge you to find another company to apply at. The owners at this company are a very unethical group. They operate on a veil of deceit. The bait and switch games they play will become apparent as soon as you start there. I should have followed my instinct and walked when I became aware of how they treat employees. This was the worst company I have ever encountered. They don't pay their bills either. Vendors show up in person weekly asking for payment of their invoices before they would accept any orders from purchasing. I wouldn't be surprised if they reach a point that they can make payroll and are forced to ask employees to wait. It's bad there on so many levels.
