      Pros

      There are no Pros at this company. All 4 owners are corrupt and greedy. Their MO is to lure you in and then rob you of all promotions, commissions and bonuses.

      Cons

      There is an extreme amount of turnover due to the gross negligence of the owners. You will regret working for this company and do not want this on your resume. Accounting pays vendors 60-90 days. Each day you arrive at work, you will hope the doors aren't chained shut and the company has closed down.

      Pros

      Sadly, there aren't many things good about this place. As with most places, there were a few good people but they wise up and leave as soon as they can.

      Cons

      If you are a job seeker, I strongly urge you to find another company to apply at. The owners at this company are a very unethical group. They operate on a veil of deceit. The bait and switch games they play will become apparent as soon as you start there. I should have followed my instinct and walked when I became aware of how they treat employees. This was the worst company I have ever encountered. They don't pay their bills either. Vendors show up in person weekly asking for payment of their invoices before they would accept any orders from purchasing. I wouldn't be surprised if they reach a point that they can make payroll and are forced to ask employees to wait. It's bad there on so many levels.
