Pros

Nice atmosphere in the office, free snacks and competent, useful training. Welcoming attitude

Cons

Honestly the guidelines for the work were already suspicious in the beginning, they make sure you obey and follow all the rules, don’t complain to anyone (gives a bad impression about company..) And then you slowly realize you’re are getting used for a greater profit and higher salary of top management. Salary is not necessarily low, but you’re traveling long distances on your own cost (in average 2h a day) Traveling between two shifts is “payed” but they make sure that’s the shortest time and you practically have no chance to sit down and eat lunch as civilized people do.. (you are in rush to be in time at the next location and have a 30m unpaid break) Traveling times are calculated also unrealistically short, but hard to complain because you can’t now in advance for sure (for example finding the right door takes extra minutes, reaching the right floor, customers letting you in, changing times differ based on traffic ..etc) You are forced to be top notch and quick same time, otherwise your ratings can go down easily. Customers may won’t realize being satisfied and giving a 4 can lower your salary.. You need to wash the dirty cleaning clothes at home, also on your own cost and freetime.:/ I feel like management based this conditions on the fact; many foreigners from developing countries are use to way worse (salary & work) so they can easily exploit them, it’s really sad in a country like Finland. Workers are spread out during their shifts working alone, so it makes it more difficult to recognize these problems and stand up together..
