Would not recommend working there unless things change in the management style
Pros
Some lovely people working in the customer cleaner care team. Who truly care about what they do but their hands are tied to change the companys ways sadly. Nice free time activityes but they dont weigh up everything else that is wrong in the company.
Cons
I have been working in Freska for almost two years now. Where to start... So sad to see own office workers or their partners try to change the average grade on Google by giving good revievs. This should already say alot about the company, cheating there is common. Cleaners are not getting the benefits they should get. Bus card compensation is not payd nor is benefits for cleaning the supplies at home. Everyone needs to wash the cloths from their own money and time. Friendliness in the office is just a game because the cleaners are less likely to complain when they feel they are being treated nicely. Best employee is a quiet one! As most of us are immigrants there its easy not to play by the book and follow the employment rules because we are less likely to know our rights. Well, but some of us do! This does not ofcourse mean that things change in the company, even when presented their mistakes they continue to ignore them and treat people unfairly. Working hours not calculated in the correct manner, you go to the office from your own free time for supplies and meetings and so on. Plus company tries to force way too long working days without a legal right. People do it because they dont know their rights!
