      -Workload ofen exceed scheduled hours, sometimes approaching full-time. -Workplace culture can include passive-aggressive behavior or indirect feedback. -No benefits for part-time employees. -Reporting system sometimes prioritizes complaints over direct communication.

      Lot of flexibility, great colleagues and purpose-driven culture. Great mission.

      Cons

      Lack of structure, clear decision making frameworks, role descriptions and responsibilities which is likely the case in many start-up / scale-up companies. Not a lot of clear career paths within the company.

      Working at Freska is a great pleasure because people trust that you are a professional and handle your tasks well. I have always gotten support when needed and also I have been offered a safe and trusting environment to try out my own ideas. I valued the Freska culture a lot and everybody has a great and positive attitude. Freska provides the space for professional growth.

      As a quickly growing young company it might sometimes take a moment before we have good and working processes in place.
