Pros
Really Good tips. That's really the only pro. Other servers are pretty great too, always had a good laugh or two while I was working.
Cons
Management is horrible, unprofessional. Everyone bashes you no matter what, even if you're an amazing employee. But I mean hey, if you work your butt off and enjoy being told that you're not an asset and that you're easily replaceable, work at frickers. If not. Do not work there. They have a high turn over rate because its a trap. Don't lower yourself to their standards and dress provocatively for tips and drunk stalkers if you know you're better than that .
