Not cool management, micromanage while at the same time giving no direction. Ego-based leadership rather than strategic.

The organization really helps people in need and has dedicated staff that do a lot with limited resources.

Working conditions, especially at headquarters, are a joke. Forcing staff to sit outside in the heat to do computer-based jobs. Limited fans with temperatures reaching 40+ degrees regularly. The core management and the founder regularly displays bullying behavior towards staff. Salaries are low.
