Pros
It pays the bills. Management is very flexible with scheduling most of the time. Huge paychecks come holiday hours..
Cons
Huge pay checks also mean you're pretty much required to work 100+ hours a week. Dirty offices. Poor managers who care nothing about their employees. While the pay isn't the word I've ever had, the amount of work you're expected to accomplish pales in comparison to the pay rate. Be prepared to be belittled and treated like a child by management. Worst job I've ever had. No upward mobility at all.
