They didn't give days off, part timers were constantly pulled away for "you gave the wrong answer here" . when a caller is calling sobbing and you try to calm them down and make them feel better so you can understand what they are saying, you get a manager standing over your shoulder tapping their food saying "you are taking to long, end the conversation now" regardless of how you are trying to save the sale. The florists are treated like trash, and they constantly complain to you when you call to place orders for delivery. They will purposefully place a wrong order to get paid and get us in trouble because FYF barely pay them anything.

Okay. First off the website is misleading and false advertises a percentage off of the price you see online, only to tack on an additional $14.99 after the customer inputs all their billing info. Then they offer same day service and rush delivery fees (which the florists see none of) and fail to come through with the service. On top of that they have the audacity to forward people's deliveries to the next day without permission (that DEFINITELY includes ANY and ALL holidays) and have the audacity to offer the customer the delivery fee of $2.99 back to their account as compensation. If that sounds like a scam it's because it is. Management are a bunch of 40 something year old low life's who got stuck at a remedial job and feel like they're on some kind of high horse for some reason. Then they appoint "supervisors" who are a bunch of high school graduates based on who's "cool" with them and doesn't rock the boat. Everyone sleeps with everyone ( that includes management with subordinates) and you hear about it in the office being talked about like we're not in a place of business. They recently opened a branch in the Philippines (bet our American customers didn't know that) so if you thought the customer service was bad before then It's even worse now. Restrooms are deplorable of course, so are the "break room" areas if you can even call a couple of gross couches surrounding a water filter a break room. Turnover rate is unreal and there are new trainees everyday who only get about a day or two before they're thrown to the wolves. Employees in the screens department have it the worst. Those guys send out EVERY SINGLE order that is placed to a local florist and have to retrain the floor reps and answer their questions while simultaneously placing orders for customers or handling supervisor calls. Even though they aren't considered supervisors... disgusting right? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT WORK OR EVER ORDER FLOWERS HERE. I was there a year, and they start to bully and nitpick at every little thing you do to get you to quit or fire you by their pathetic point system which refreshes every year. Seriously , a year. They're starting to cut hours now and maybe by this summer will be completely out of business. Hopefully.
