Stingy company avoid - Customer sales co ordinator Froneri Employee Review

Lots of hype especially from the CEO but needs to really monitor what is going on at the many companies they acquire. Yes it seems they want to have each and every ice cream brand under their froneri banner but peters ice cream where I worked really dragged down their name. There is a reason for significant turnover there. Extremely under market wages, barely functioning IT systems, ridiculous amount of managers but no ground floor staff causing micro management and burnout. Beats me why they hire a change management consultant and go through the place like a bomb - no one needs 5 sales managers with only 1 or 2 staff to answer the phone of a multi national company that never stops ringing.
