The way people works with so many emails, no rules nothing It goes up and down everytime Management skills are non-required, just pressure on teams

Gosh, where do I start. The management in Froneri are in a nutshell, absolutely horrendous, I will share a few insights from my time at Froneri. As a member of HR I witnessed staff sacked regularly for the most ridiculous reasons, such as, calling in sick to work, one member of staff was giving a written warning for attending the funeral of a family member during the working week, thus having a non holiday day off. I witnessed security guards berated for asking members of the management team for asking their names because the security guard was new. The management cliques are untouchable and if your face doesn’t fit you’ll be shunned and hounded out of the workplace by them. I witnessed a fellow member of the HR team reduced to tears because the management clique decided that she wasn’t worthy of a job anymore (she’d been working for them for 10 years). I spoke with members of staff who work in security and they communicated with me that instead of providing heaters to them for the winter months, they where told to buy scarves and “get on with it” by members of the management team. The factory workers themselves are treated like garbage by the upper management and view them as nothing more than a disposable work force. I witnessed members of staff be demoted from senior positions to make way for senior managers friends and fellow clique members. You ask why I worked at Froneri for so long in such a toxic environment, purely because of my need for a wage and the closeness to my home residence. Thankfully I have left this toxic and rotten company.
