Pros

Interesting industry that opens door to conversations with some of the world’s leading sports brands.

Cons

FOS leadership has shown very little, if any, allegiance/loyalty towards its employees. People notice very quickly that the CEO views them as easily replaceable. The lack of a company culture compounded by the poor work-life balance means that new hires typically last 6-8 months before they leave for another employer. Most employees who do stay at the company have a rather negative perception of it but are forced to tough it out due to the job market. Of the people I know who’ve since left FOS, they’ve never regretted it.

Pros

Unlike most of the companies they are hiring interns according to their needs, not just on specific seasons. If you show your willingness to learn, the opportunities are endless.

Cons

It's still in the startup phase so you should be able to keep up with constant change.

Pros

Wasn't a whole lot to be positive about

Cons

- No respect for office hours. You will get calls, Slacks, and emails every second of the day and night. Whether you are traveling for work or at home with your kids at the end of the day, you will get hounded for updates from leadership daily - 'Benefits' are paid for, but the insurance plan was not good, and some benefits are either hard to use or not useful at all - Inexperienced upper management with insecurities would take out frustrations on direct reports. There were times on larger team calls where some leaders would yell at us on the call. Very weird, and the only time I've ever seen that in media.
