It is completely safe to ask questions and there is a strong dedication to honesty, kindness, and hard work. Frontida develops its employees and passionately pursues everyone's growth and wellbeing within the company.
Cons
This is a hard business to work in and the work is truly challenging. Burnout in caregiving is common and Frontida isn't immune to that. The work at Frontida isn't any easier than it is anywhere else, but Frontida will treat you better than most places you would work in this business.
