We understand that perceptions of workplace behaviour can vary, and we want to be clear: bullying is not tolerated at Frontier Software. We have formal policies and procedures in place to address such matters. A safe workplace is a shared responsibility. Management continually monitors the workspace and addresses all identified inappropriate behaviour. It is also essential that staff report any inappropriate behaviour to the leadership team through the established, well‑documented procedures, so that appropriate action can be taken. We remain committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace.
In terms of career development, we are proud of the many employees who have built long and progressive careers with Frontier Software, many with decades of tenure. We encourage all team members to explore internal career pathways and to engage with their managers about development opportunities that align with their goals.
If you have concerns regarding remuneration, we recommend discussing these directly with your manager. Our leadership team is committed to supporting employees and ensuring that salary discussions are handled transparently and fairly.
