None I can think of.

-The company work specifcally on Business Intelligence Applications and is iinovative in that field and has some of the best people (in BI) employed. So you knowledge of the subject will take a boost. -Very responsinve HR people, whenever you need any information or support from HR, they will reply sooner then you think and will provide all possible help, The HR is excellent. -Senior management is good, they don't beleive in hire and fire policy. They recruite the best resource and then like to retain them.

If you do not have direct approach to senior management them you may not get the visibility you deserved coz your manager will keep all the visibility to himself.
