MICROMANGEMENT CENTRAL AND AN EGOTISTICAL AND ARROGANT CEO - Business Development Frontline Data Solutions Employee Review

We certainly welcome all candid feedback -- positive or negative -- although I think this review requires some context. This employee quit suddenly one day with no notice, after a tumultuous tenure with us where she stirred up internal conflict on a daily basis. She resurfaced about a year later asking for her old job back, but we told her that she wasn't eligible for rehire. At that point, she sent us multiple ranting emails, totaling something like 5,000 words, insulting all of her old co-workers. We've more than doubled the size of our Sales team in the year since she left, and we stand by our decision to not bring this person back.
