Everyone you work with tends to be pretty down to earth and easy to get along with. You can usually negotiate your hours to something that fits you. Assignments are typically a lot of fun. I got put on boat patrol for a summer and it was pretty great. Was getting paid to drive a boat around a gorgeous lake.

Not all of the site managers are the best people to work for and I noticed some favoritism at times. Lower base pay but when you consider your job duties it's fitting.

The best thing about Frontline is its flexible scheduling system. You can work part time or full time, whatever shifts you like, and the supervisors are friendly and helpful.

Frontline is not very good about giving raises. I've been here for over a year and have not received a base pay increase. Also, many of the shifts are very dull and require a lot of standing.
