Constructive feedback is rare, and criticism is often harsh and unproductive. This has led to a high-stress atmosphere where employees are constantly on edge. Lack of Career Growth: Despite promises of career development opportunities, there is very little room for growth within the company. Promotions are rare and seem to be based more on favoritism than merit. Training programs are inadequate, and there is little support for professional development. Work-Life Imbalance: The company expects long hours and often demands work on weekends without any additional compensation or recognition. This has severely affected my work-life balance and overall well-being. Inadequate Compensation: The salary and benefits package at Froogal.ai is below industry standards. Despite the demanding workload, there are no incentives or bonuses to reward hard work. Additionally, the lack of transparency regarding pay raises and bonuses is frustrating.
