      Engineering culture is good

      Pros

      CTO - it's almost impossible to get a manager like him - he is calm, chill & smart - working with him is a bliss your impact is clearly visible team mates are also nice

      Cons

      HR/Finance is the worst - there's only one guy - he barely comes to office You'll get salary one time - but things like form-16, payslips are delayed
