The dedicated employees are the ONLY reason to stay at this company.
Cons
The management at Frost, Inc and Frost Links, Inc. is deplorable. The owner allows one individual to "manage" the company and with that comes serious financial mismanagement with no oversight. There are never any clear directions given and the employees are subjected to the whims and moods of the one person management show. It is stressful, unfullfilling and a hostile work environment.
