      Pros

      The staff is very welcoming and nice. Eager to help you learn and train you. Nice working atmosphere because of the staff.

      Cons

      Policies and procedures are very outdated. They do not have flexible schedule and frown upon taking any vacation time.

      Pros

      The dedicated employees are the ONLY reason to stay at this company.

      Cons

      The management at Frost, Inc and Frost Links, Inc. is deplorable. The owner allows one individual to "manage" the company and with that comes serious financial mismanagement with no oversight. There are never any clear directions given and the employees are subjected to the whims and moods of the one person management show. It is stressful, unfullfilling and a hostile work environment.
