Competitive environment, directors are cold and do not interact, essentially unsupportive environment. Minimal training.

Management and team are great. They are willing to arrange hours that are suitable for you. They take you through training with consideration . They give explanations and have talks with you, if you've made errors I.e. give you a chance. Fruits not delivered to clients goes to charity clients. Allow staff to take a portion of fruit for lunch or home.

Some foods seem to be wasted. Occasional staff abundance. Some staff (on production line) played the same radio stations which played the same songs daily.
