Relatively good starting pay and commissions Direct manager was good.
Cons
Competitive environment, directors are cold and do not interact, essentially unsupportive environment. Minimal training.

Flexible hours Fruits for employees Friendly environment All the bank holidays and Christmas and New Year's always off Business model is great Tree planting in Malawi All the management has been with the company for many years
